We opened our new charity shop in the centre of Halesworth in November 2025. This shop is a new addition to this thriving Suffolk town's shopping experience and will create additional income for the charity, helping us to continue our work of supporting families across Suffolk.

Please consider supporting us by donating your quality items to our charity shop and eBay Hub. If you have potential collector's items or valuable donations, we'll seek expert advice and may divert your donated items to our eBay selling hub, Facebook Marketplace page, or even auction houses to maximize funds raised.

Donations are accepted at our Halesworth charity shop-
Monday to Saturday, between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM.

We have a great team of retail staff and volunteers who run our charity shop in Halesworth.
Our retail activities help to raise vital funds, supporting the aims of Families Together Suffolk to help families across Suffolk.

We are keen to find more individuals who would like to join our small but powerful retail volunteering team.
